I was going to this car wash for a couple of years. Everything was okay. I had a monthly membership. Basically got the job done. I was always friendly with the workers. One day my vehicle went in for a wash. As I was watching it get cleaned I heard a loud bang. The machine slammed the mechanical arm into my vehicle. I let them know what happened so that it wouldn't happen to other vehicles. It looked like my car got scraped and dented. They told me it was a sensor issue. Never apologized and never offered to fix their error. I'm very fortunate in my life and have worked very hard as an earner. Luckily the three thousand in damage I covered. Fighting with a low class establishment is beneath me. I kept my sanity and pulled all future business. Its ultimately their loss. Had they covered my damage or even apologized I may have stayed. Long run they would've made more money. Poorly handled by management. Beware.

I paid for the #2 package (inside and outside). The exterior was done ok, but the interior didn’t feel cleaned at all other than the mats being washed. I politely asked for it to be redone, but nothing was done, and I ended up having to ask for a towel to clean it myself. Overall, not worth the money.

Horrible service , from start to finish everything is rushed and very unpleasant. Apparently if you don’t have your membership card then it’s an issue . The guy handing you the tickets when you’re getting ur car vacuumed are more worried about memberships than actually getting ur car clean . They never fully wipe down ur car and leave you water mark streaks all over especially on windows and mirrors ! Owner really needs to put his people on check and I’m not talking about the guy handing out the tickets that acts like one .

Very quick, so-so quality car wash. I used Auto Bath with unlimited washes plan in Feb-Mar 2025. The interior cleaning is done too quickly to be thorough. Automatic wash also goes too quickly but the car comes out reasonably clean though. The main problem of this car wash is a sloppy drying. The drops and streaks left quickly become white spots when they dry, especially on mirrors, rear bumper, sides. I had to stand and show them where to wipe it out. I saw one guy who was drying his car himself. Overall, ok car wash for a quick service. For more thorough wash - look for some other place.

Just came out of car wash, to surprise my mother fresh out of the hospital.. Had no idea they would be closing, but I guess that is why it was a rush job. He was thrilled to see that the milk was still all over the mat in the trunk through the dirty window.
